Vince Vannelli has more than 30 years of operational, technology sales and business development leadership experience in software and infrastructure companies, including Inktomi (Nasdaq: INKT) and key leadership positions at several global technology companies, including Hitachi and IBM. For the past 10 years he has run KPG Ventures, an early stage Venture Capital Firm specializing in Software and infrastructure. His investments included baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU), Truveo, Brightroll, and MindMeld. Vince holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering, both from Stanford University.

BACCI
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tim Bacci has over 25 years of both operational and transactional experience in technology companies in all stages, both public and private, specializing in institutionally financed IT companies going through turn-arounds and in need of operational guidance. Tim also recently served as the President and CEO of Daegis, Inc. (Nasdaq: DAEG). Daegis, a company grounded in legacy software products, required a complete realignment and refocus to adjust to the broad changes and adaptations in IT delivery and cloud infrastructure. Daegis was acquired by Open Text Corporation in November of 2015. Tim holds a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.
